What began as a hands-on experiment has evolved into a global consulting and education platform for circular waste solutions. Our goal is simple: to help cities and institutions reimagine food waste as a resource — not a problem. From pilot projects in small towns to policy-shaping dialogues, our work is rooted in real-world challenges, and built to scale.
